I created BeRare Cosmetics because I am a boutique owner and MUA I love helping others feel beautiful whether it’s natural or adding a small touch. Either way I want women to feel confident in their own skin. I want women to remember that there is no one in this world like you! You are RARE. That’s where the name Be Rare originated.
